Projects 2026/2027 - under negotiation

Tanzania — Agronomic Due Diligence for the Implementation of a 15,000 ha Corn Project Agran will assess whether it is technically feasible to transform an area in Tanzania into a commercial high-productivity corn production project, using the knowledge and technologies developed in the Brazilian Cerrado as a reference, identifying what can be replicated, what needs to be adapted, and what are the risks, investments, and conditions necessary for the project's implementation. The work will include: - Agroclimatic assessment — analysis of rainfall, rainfall distribution, dry period, temperature, solar radiation, evapotranspiration, water deficit, and duration of the growing window. - Soil and land assessment — classification, texture, depth, drainage, natural fertility, acidity, aluminum, organic matter, mechanization capacity, and erosion risks. Proposal 1 - Tanzania - Comparison with the Brazilian Cerrado — identification of the degree of similarity between the conditions in Tanzania and the environments where the Brazilian corn production model was developed and consolidated. - Evaluation of technology transfer — analysis of which Brazilian technologies can be directly applied, which will require adaptation, and which are not recommended for local conditions. This includes soil correction, liming, fertility building, no-till farming, fertilization, hybrids, plant population, weed, pest and disease management, precision agriculture, and mechanization. Proposal 1 - Tanzania - Assessment of agronomic risks — identification of climatic risks, soil and water limitations, pest, disease and weed pressure, as well as operational and infrastructure constraints. - Preliminary estimate of productive potential — definition of yield potential, main limiting factors and opportunities for increased productivity. Proposal 1 - Tanzania - Definition of a preliminary development strategy — indication of priority investments, recommended production system, sequence of technological implementation, pilot area and development phases. - Independent technical opinion — conclusion on the agronomic viability of the undertaking, possibility of large-scale commercial production, potential for replication of the Cerrado model, risks, necessary adaptations and next steps.

São José dos Campos / SP. Agran will conduct an integrated feasibility study of the rural property, encompassing land tenure, environmental, agronomic, technical, and economic dimensions. The work will include the survey and analysis of property documentation, land tenure status, boundaries, georeferencing, zoning, Permanent Preservation Areas (APP), Legal Reserve, water resources, liabilities, and other environmental and legal aspects. Surveys and analyses of soil, topography, climate, and agricultural suitability will also be carried out, seeking to identify the most suitable areas and conditions for different productive activities. Alternatives for agriculture, livestock farming, agroforestry systems, fruit growing, horticulture, aquaculture, forestry exploitation, and small agro-industries will be evaluated, considering their technical feasibility, productivity, necessary investments, costs, revenues, risks, and economic return. The study will also assess the potential for rural tourism and lodging activities, considering infrastructure, market, target audience, and revenue generation possibilities. Finally, Agran will consolidate the information into maps, technical diagnoses, economic studies, and recommendations, indicating the most appropriate alternative uses and exploitation methods for the property.
